Samaritan Mobile Homes was started in July, 1990 by Ed Martin, a 20 year hospital operating room equipment salesman, regional manager, and finally Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Ed has spent most of his professional career traveling the United States working with physicians, surgeons, and hospital administrators prior to opening Samaritan and was feeling a strong desire to somehow serve people in his own area.
After several months of investigation, Ed saw a need for someone to serve local mobile home residents by specializing in mobile home resale. Samaritan Mobile Homes has since become Hemet Valley’s largest mobile home resale dealership. In 1993, Ed became a Real Estate broker and started Samaritan Realty to serve mobile home residents who own their land.
Samaritan Mobile Homes has now been serving our community for over 30 years and sold over 3,000 mobile homes. We encourage anyone who is thinking about buying or selling a mobile home in Hemet or San Jacinto to give us a call. Our expertise in this field is unmatched in this area.
UPDATE 3/1/17: Times have changed. It is no longer practical to operate TWO companies serving the same general populace. Samaritan Mobile Homes has merged with Samaritan Realty to form ONE company specializing in In-Park mobile and manufactured homes AND mobile and manufactured homes on land. The company operates as SAMARITAN REALTY offering the same great service and expertise with the addition of MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE for all In-park mobile and manufactured homes.
